Customer terms

Version 2026-10-27 · Parcel Flare
Draft for review. Have a lawyer check these terms before real customers rely on them.

These terms apply whenever you use Parcel Flare to find property owners or send them letters. By ticking "I agree" you accept them for every mailing you send.

1. You are the sender

Every letter goes out in your name, with your return address, phone and email. You are responsible for what your letters say and for every conversation and deal that follows. Owners reply to you directly. We don't read, answer or forward replies.

2. We are a data and mailing service, not a broker

We don't represent you or any owner, take part in negotiations, or earn anything from a sale. Scores and records come from public sources and can be out of date or wrong. Check a property yourself before you make an offer.

3. Only send letters you mean

4. Respect owners who say no

If an owner asks you to stop, mark them as "asked to stop" in My mailings within 7 days. We then stop every customer from mailing that owner through Parcel Flare.

5. Fair housing

Don't choose or leave out owners or areas because of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, family status, national origin or any other protected characteristic.

6. How you may use the data

Use owner names and addresses only to contact owners about buying their property. Don't resell, publish or share lists, and don't use them to harass anyone.

7. Prices and payment

8. Suspension

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, or that owners complain about repeatedly.

9. Changes

If these terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version before your next mailing.
